“The bad news is time flies. The good news is you’re the pilot”

Michael Altshuler.

This week I got news from my mother that we will be visiting my Grandmother’s house and will be staying there for a week. When I got to know about this I was happy yet a little bit worried. You know it’s not easy to manage everything when you are going somewhere and there’s going to be lots of distraction around you. Managing time, completing online course and project works Woah! I was truly anxious.

Than guess what happened, something popped up in my mind, “Maheen! Nothing to worry! Here at Amal you have been learning problem solving, time management and multiple such things. It’s time for applying all those skills. Take it as a challenge to work the best of you can. Surely you will ace it.”

Luckily this week brought a new technique that was Pomodoro Technique. I found it interesting and applied it first while doing my online courses, I was able to complete my online courses in three days super easily and timely. And guess what, I was also able to enjoy as well, as I had planned my morning time for studying and evenings for spending time with everyone.

This experience taught me that we can do literally anything and everything, manage time, multitask and stay productive yet there is still home for enjoyment in all of it. It’s all about taking right choices and making right decisions. Along with that there will be challenges always coming to one’s doorstep one after the other in a new form each time. There can never be ideal situations for us to work. As it is rightly said,

“Lack of direction, not lack of time, is the problem. We all have twenty-four hour days.”

I am super excited to apply this technique in future while doing my daily tasks as well. It’s really helpful, time saving and effective.
