FIXING STUFF

Task : 1

I did this activity in my room. I examined my surroundings and got to realize that my study table (which me and my sister mostly use) was quite messed up. So I thought about organizing it. There were few things I thought that needs to be shifted elsewhere, so I moved them. Than I organized the books and added few more sticky notes with some motivational quotes as I was already having some. I felt quite good because I spend a little bit of my day working on my desk. I would have done it elsewise as well because I like to work and feel more comfortable in an organized environment. I wouldn’t have done it at the same time because I was a little busy but I was planning to do it ,and was delaying it a bit. It’s an act of leadership without authority because I wasn’t asked to do it. I took the initiative to organize the working space by myself.

Task: 2

My mother had recently bought a little cupboard for herself and she was thinking to use it for herself. She herself works and is mostly busy. I was organizing my study table when I asked her whether I could help her with it to which she agreed. I got all of her stuff and organized it for her. I felt really good by doing it because this was something she wanted to do but was unable to manage time for it. She was happy as well. This I can relate to Leadership authority because she didn’t asked me for it rather I did it myself. Also I might not have done it, If I wasn’t being asked to do it. But I enjoyed doing it and felt good about it. By this I realized one thing, we can always take out a little bit of our time for such things even If we are not asked to do so.
