The goal I made for my just start experience was to stop myself from Procrastinating. I have this goal because I wanted to improve my work efficiency and to manage my time effectively along with that I also wanted to improve my productivity.

The challenges I have faced in past towards achieving this goal were that, I didn’t had a fixed schedule due to which I was unable to properly manage my time. I was also spending my time on unnecessary activities.

I was unable to complete it this week on time as I got some additional assignments from University due to which I couldn’t do it timely.

The challenge I faced was the additional work I had to do. I have learned from this experience that I need to improve my time management and to come up with better strategies for doing my work.

My next work is to make a better plan for next week performance. I am looking forward to achieve my goal.
